Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had the wedding of the year in May when they got married in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. This was followed by Harry’s first cousin, Princess Eugenie’s, wedding in the same venue just months later. Now, for all you royal fans out there, we have some good news. It looks like there is another Royal wedding to look forward to in 2019!
Lady Gabriella Windsor, daughter of the Queen’s cousin and the 50th in line to the throne, will get married at St. George’s Chapel in the spring. Of course, the Meghan Markle effect is out in full force, so the royal has chosen to have her reception in the same place that Harry and Meghan did, Frogmore House.

However, unlike the two weddings of 2018, the one between Lady Gabrielle and her fiancé Thomas Kingston will be a small, private ceremony. Unfortunately for us, this means we won’t be able to tune in to watch it live. Senior royals will attend the wedding, but they are not all expected to attend as they did for Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s big day, reports Rebecca English, the Daily Mail’s royal correspondent. However, we’re sure it will still be an impressive royal affair and we will be able to see photos after the day.

While many of us might be annoyed if our cousin had their wedding at the same venue as us, in this case, it makes sense. Lady Gabriella Windsor has many of her own family memories at the chapel and at Frogmore House. The Jane Austen-esque estate has been a quiet oasis for the British royal family for over 300 years. Harry, Eugenie, and Gabriella all spent Christmas there and are fond of the place.
Frogmore House is also sentimental for Lady Gabriella, as her grandparents, the Duke and Duchess of Kent, are buried at Frogmore’s Royal Burial Grounds. Given her history with the place, it seems an appropriate spot for an intimate family wedding.
